FROM THE EDITOR
Dear readers,
On 31st October 2018 in Krakow, we successfully officially registered our International Medicine Review (Medicina Internacia Revuo/MIR) in the District Court in Krakow. Since this date, our MIR journal has been in the official register of journals and reviews in Poland. Now, thanks to that decision, we will be able to more easily develop our journal.
Also, in addition to authors of scientific articles, we are looking for collaborators to work in the Editorial Committee of MIR and also reviewers, who will be tasked with factchecking articles, because to publish articles in our journal, it will need to have two positive reviews.
The Editorial Committee of MIR decided that this year our journal will be rated by an international data-base of journals, Index Copernicus. According to this rating, we received a respectable quality in the ICV 2017 = 72.22.
To finish this editorial, we especially like to warmly invite all members of the Budapest Medical Esperanto Subject Group (who celebrated their 50th anniversary in March 2019), led by the initiators of that group, Drs Lajos MOLNÁR and Julianna FARKÁS, and all other medical professionals in the world to contribute to the International Medicine Review, which in a few years will celebrate its 100th anniversary.
