Due to its similarity to C. sinensis, it has been used as an alternative raw material that is cheaper and easier to grow. C. militaris and focuses on the presentation of its medicinal and cosmetological properties. In addition, the influence of free radicals on the human body and anti-radical substances occurring in war mace were described. It has also been shown that the addition of cordycepine may increase the amount of individual bioelements. This species contains numerous compounds with antioxidant properties, which, when supplied with the diet, support the antioxidant barrier, protecting cells against damage. C. militaris can be used in the diet as a raw material that prolongs youth and has a prophylactic effect in diseases caused by free radicals. ER -
