Information about an abstract submission for Authors

Abstract submission – general guidelines

  • Each participant who is willing to participate actively in the congress is obligated to prepare an abstract for a presentation/poster.
  • A single conference fee allows a participant to send two abstracts 
  • Editorial requirements are enlisted in the template (LINK)

Each abstract will be published online on the website of the congress and in the Congress book.

The deadline for the abstract submission is 30.06.2020.

Poster presentation – general guidelines

  • Electronic posters should be prepared in 16:9 format (horizontal)
  • Electronic poster will be displayed using Zoom application
  • Only one slide is acceptable for this kind of presentation
  • Animations, music or videos embed in a presentation are not allowed

Time of presentation is 5 minutes with 3 minutes of discussion afterward. 

In addition, each poster will be available to read and comment from the website of the conference (http://interrev.com/imek) from where other participants will be able to ask questions and/or post a comment for the Author.

Oral presentation – general guidelines

  • Presentations should be prepared in 16:9 format (horizontal)
  • A presentation will be displayed using Zoom application
  • There in no limit of slides for this kind of presentation
  • Animations, music or videos embed in a presentation are not allowed

The time allotted for individual presentations varies based on session category:

  • Lectures by professor/assistants – 15 minutes and 5 minutes of discussion afterward
  • Lectures by young scientists – 10 minutes and 3 minutes of discussion afterward
